ATLANTA (02/11/2016) – EventSphere has been named to the National Association for Business Resources 2015 list of “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.” It is one of 101 companies and business entities in the Atlanta region to make the list. It is EventSphere’s first time on the list. The company was named one of the Top 100 Places to Work in Atlanta in 2013 and 2014 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
“This is quite an honor for us at EventSphere, especially since we’re just beginning our sixth year in business,” said Todd Lambert, CEO of EventSphere. “Recognition by this prestigious organization reinforces that we as a company are doing things right and doing the right things when it comes to our workplace culture and human resource practices.”
NABR contracted with an independent research firm that compared companies in a variety of areas, including compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention, and other factors. Additionally, employees completed questionnaires about their company’s human resources practices and their work environment.
According to the NABR, EventSphere ranked above the Southeastern region’s media score in five areas — employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; diversity and inclusion; and work-life balance.
“Each of these areas is important to the integrity and productivity of our company,” Lambert said. “When our employees and associates are respected, trained, recognized for their good work and encouraged to maintain a good work-life balance, this results in better retention and stronger lasting relationships with our clients.”
With more than 20 years of experience conducting Best and Brightest Company competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best practices in human resource and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.
“Nationally recognized award recipients keep innovative human resource initiatives at the forefront of their company culture and make it a priority to consider their workforce as an essential aspect in their company success,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR president. “Our association is proud to recognize and honor each of these winning companies for their impressive achievements.”
